i think you've found out what the #1 Newbie mistake is: believing what salespeople/dealers tell you.
at least half are uninformed/uneducated about RV's and few actually own one.
i've been visiting my local Camping World, lately. i'm researching models for possible retirement. it's been shocking how little their salespeople know basic things about RV's, let alone specific info on models.
