I also belong to a (farm) tractor forum. Years ago someone there posted a backup camera system for under $50 and many of us bought them to install on our tractors including me. After I saw how well it worked I bought another system for my truck which did not have the integrated B/U camera. It works great for easy trailer hookups and install only takes about an hour or so.
The monitor is a 7" TFT and the camera mounts to the license plate top screws. They are still sold on ebay and you can buy either wired or wireless units. I went with wired. The monitor has 2 camera inputs easily switched for front or rear camera.
My current TV has the integrated B/U camera and I think I'm going to buy another wireless system to have a camera on back of the TT.
