Has anyone else experienced horrible customer Service with Good Sam financing I received my approval but have tried for over a week to get someone to answer my questions I have tried calling customer service I’ve called and left messages from my point of contact with no luck has anybody been able to reach a manager or anything to help answer questions

Poor customer service seems to be the new normal in America.Do you really want to continue doing business with someone you can't contact?

We are in a pandemic and many workers aren’t showing up. Patience is needed now.

I dropped good Sam years ago for that very reason. I’ve never used the financing branch but the rest of it was equally bad.
