How far off the ground is your sewer outlet?
I used to work at a tire shop and got some freebie 5-gallon buckets with pour spouts (tire lubricant.) On the sewer outlet I put a cap w/ garden hose nipple on it and had a 2' piece of 3/4" tubing w/ a female hose end.
I'd lay the bucket on its side with the pour spout at the top. Put the hose in, pull the gray dump valve, fill the bucket, cap it, and haul it to the dump station.
The current setup uses a 30-gallon surplus barrel ($10) set on an inverted, cut-down pallet (free) in the truck bed. The barrel is fitted with a vent plug, 3/4" plastic ball valve, and hose bib. I use a Harbor Freight 12V marine pump and some recycled garden hose to full the barrel with gray water. It's gravity drained at the dump station.
Next year we plan on spending 2 weeks at a no-hookup campsite. Since it's only DW & me we can go a week on the black tank, but for 2 weeks I may have to buy a macerator pump instead of the cheapie one to drain some black water.
