As someone else mentioned, get the oxygenics shower head. It works.
For hand washing, get some of the anti bacterial hand cleaner that you don't need water for, or use the outside shower for it.
For dish washing, get a plastic tub and wash your dishes in it and then pour the left over dish water into the toilet. Try to use the least amount of water possible. If we are not hooked up to a sewer we try to use paper plates as much as possible as well plastic throw away utensils and cups. Much easier to tote a garbage bag to a trash can than washing dishes. We do most of our cooking outside and use as little pots/pans as necessary.
