What I did. I knew exactly the model and floorplan I wanted and a not too distant independent dealer had what I wanted (found on Internet) and I did everything electronically except picking it up, of course.
I'd deal with an independent before any chain dealer, anytiime. Service will be better and pricing is always discounted so it pays to shop around but shop wisely... and yes, welcome to the forum.
