That is averaging 67 mph and 63 mph. How fast do you drive to average those numbers factoring in stops?
I always set my cruise control on 62 mph and end up averaging about 50 mph, roughly.
Set cruise at 65, the routes for the two trips mentioned above are mostly interstate.
