How often are campgrounds 50A only?
Is it very common for a campground to not have 30A and 15A outlets, only 50A outlets? Just wondering if I should buy a 30A female to 50A male adapter such as this.

The current NEC requires a 15/20A outlet at the campsite along with the 50A and/or 30A outlet. That doesn't mean that every campground is so equipped, of course.
I think it's generally pretty rare to find a 50A without either a 30A or a 20A or (most likely) both. What sort of condition the various receptacles are in is an entirely different question.
