I'll chime in on the 30amp being loose or hinky, happened this past summer. Glad I had the dogbone! Also, needed the surge protector also, the site I was assigned wasn't wired correctly, needed to have the electrician come out and fix it. He said he's never seen the surge protector I had.

While I waited for the electrician I walked around and tested all the other sites around that weren't occupied, most were correct, just mine and one other. I was actually just checking out which site to tell them to move me too, but this place was busy on the weekends and I was going to be there for 5 weeks, so they really didn't want to put me anywhere else, would've meant a lot of work on their part. The electrician took 45 min waiting; 15 min fixing. All good!
