If we want to stay at a park with a 10 year rule, we just call and ask. We have not been turned away. Ours is 15 years old. We take care of our MH. Wash, wax, detail. I think the 10 year rule is to keep the rigs in bad shape out. We've been places and seen some really nasty rv's.
