As the owner of a 40yo coach in regular use, I can say we have never been turned away or even asked the age of the coach. There was one reported problem where a chapter had scheduled a rally at an "RV Resort" and the wagon master was turned away when he tried to stay there. He took the rally down the road to a nicer park.
In all honestly, we don't buy many campgrounds except for rallies and special events. But we have never been turned away because of the coach's age. Well, almost. I had to deliver some things to a friend at a vintage car show. The coach was only vehicle I own that could carry these thing safely (long things). The kid at the gate said,"You can't bring that into the show, it is only for vehicles 1980 and older."
"How old do you think this is?"
"Newer than that - for sure."
"Nope - 1973 and the oldest like this are 1978."
He shook his head and waved me through......
