I have no problem with the 10 year rule. The campground people get plenty of complaints from those staying there once they feel the park is not to the standards they want. Old beat up RVs are normally reflective of there owners and not desirable to many.
There is no problem in their world as the number of RVs goes up every year and parks are being limited by communities.
