I've not encountered many RV parks with age limits, and you will not find them at public campgrounds. Age limits, and enforcement, appear most often in two circumstances, particularly where the two intersect: new arrivals for long term stays (people move into seasonal and residential parks for 10-20 years or more, they don't want something decrepit to start with) and luxury RV resorts.
From your other questions, I think you have been talking about a full timing, moving around lifestyle. Rules about long stay trailer park sitiuations won't apply. From your questions about budget, it is unlikely that you will be trying to stay at luxury motorcoach resorts. Many of these won't let you stay in a travel trailer in any case, even if the TT is brand new and cost $200,000.
For what you want to do, age of your TT should not be an issue. You go to the places that are not trying to restrict clientele to people enjoying lifestyle you cannot afford. You pass by the few that are screening for bluebloods.
If really worried about the 10 year rule, you would have to be buying new, every ten years, something that was built to last 30-40-50 years. Most of us aren't in that group.
