How to make a quick trip when you don't have time to drive

Fly, rent a car, and rent a cabin.

If you take 5 days, including weekend on both ends, that's 9 days. 12 hour drive out, 6 days vacation, 12 hours back and a day of rest. Or, take two days out, two days back, with 4 days vacation, and a days rest after trip.

Not a lot of other options unless you have access to a teleporter.
