Excercise is another important suggestion. I can sit, drive, work etc all day, but back to the back problems thing, sitting is harder on my back than working. Old age is setting in at 45 here, lol.
BUT, made and country run last fall, pretty much straight thru except for a sleep each way and when fatigued or sore, when I stopped, couple times I just went and jogged a 1/2 mile or so. Works great to wake you up get the muscles moving etc.
