Almost every vehicle has seats with multiple adjustments. Every hour or so change the position of the seat slightly. Move it up or down, forward or back, change the tilt. The fatigue and pain comes from keeping your body motionless or In a static position. Also remember to stay well hydrated. This will obviously make you stop a few times, but when dehydrated you fatigue more easily and muscles become sore too.
