Absolutely. I didn't use to do this but now do it if the drive is longer than 30 minutes. Even my trips to work, about 50 mins, leave me with all kinds of weird muscle spasms and sitting crooked if I don't get the wallet out.
My MH is a Sprinter and I have read comments that a Sprinter will make you a cripple. They are not far off, its very difficult for me to find the sweet spot for my feet, rear end, etc.
I take every opportunity to stop, usually every 150 miles or so if its a full day of driving (I try to make 500 miles a day on a long trip). Even on a 300 mile trip from home to Pensacola (300 miles or so) I will make a couple of stops.
