How we empty our RV waste tanks at a dump station

My hope is that there is no one in line at the dump station if/when you are back flushing your tanks.
If there is a line dump and move on. Cleaning tanks is not important enough to hold up the line.
I'm not sure why some obsess over getting there tanks spotless only to fill it with poo next week
