I was not sure about the year of your Toyota but they have some options here.
Seems those same mirrors are sold by a variety of vendors with a number of different names and model numbers. They appears to be the same as sold by Tow Mirrors Amazon.
They extend 2" and I have seen another model that extends 3:.
