Ice Chest -- has anyone ever tried this?
Planning on having a dedicated large ice chest for drinks only. Has anyone ever tried salting the ice to get/ keep the drinks colder?

If you live close to the ocean, stop and get the cooler filled with snow ice from a fish boat landing site. Lasts forever just don't use it in your drinks.
