Ice Chest -- has anyone ever tried this?
Planning on having a dedicated large ice chest for drinks only. Has anyone ever tried salting the ice to get/ keep the drinks colder?

Use "rock salt" not table salt. It does work. Be careful as you can freeze whatever is in the ice chest.
