The plastic water lines in an RV can't take full pressure from many city water spigots, and will leak or blow apart. A pressure regulator is a must-have item.
I have a couple of the plastic yellow wheel chocks, plus I carry a half dozen sections of 2x4, each about 15" to 18" long. These are really handy for leveling the trailer (lay on ground and drive onto), stacking under the jack so I don't have to crank it so far down, etc.
