Inspections

Hi All, Have you ever walked through a campground and looked at all the Trailers and 5th wheels that are not state inspected. I've been in several in the south and found more that are not inspected then inspected. Their probably lucky they have them registered. Just wondering.

  • We are not required to be inspected and we do not have sticker for our plates.
  • .

My rv/tt is at seasonal site and I purposely removed its license plate 5 years ago. Works for me...
  • No inspections required here either.
Thank goodness too the CA state 2 year emission tests are enough of a headache.

We are not required to have inspections. Washington says we are responsible for the care of our vehicles, and the state patrol can stop us and inspect if they see a safety violation. tire tread being the most common violation.

A light out usually gets a stop and instructions to get it fixed.
