Was given a new Colman 3000w Genny for my birthday. It doesn't have a 30 amp outlet. Can I just use my adaptor and be able to draw enough power out of the standard outlet to run our TT air-conditionin...

Can't say without knowing how much your A/C draws; both the "run" value and "startup". In addition, you need to add in those things that will be running most or all the time .....like the converter/charger and TV.
