One thing you have to remember about RV parks is they can kind of be like city living even if they are in a rural area. And what I mean by that is often your next door neighbor is only 10 feet away (sometimes less). If you're used to living in a place where the neighbor is 100 feet away or even a mile or more away, then you just may not be used to staying in an RV park.
