In regards to Disney and pet loops, yes dogs are supposed to only be in pet loops. I request pet loops every year as I bring my dogs. I have been put into loops traditionally not a pet loop even though the cast member checking me in fully saw the dogs and a note for dog loop was made. Turned out that due to capacity Disney changed the designation of a loop to a pet loop.

The way you handled it was best by going to the CM, as they moved you and then reviewed the other site reservations and corrected that as well.

I also believe some people are very very very sensitive to what they expect from dogs, kids, and people in general. Dogs bark, kids scream (I dont even have children and I know that), fires make smoke, and not everyone has a sense of common courtesy to clean up after themselves or their pets.

But then there is the average society. Kids don't scream all the time, dogs don't bark every second of the day, and they know how to start a fire where smoke is at a minimum, and that what I find most common in my 4 years of RVing.

I have no issue with your case. You followed the rules, and Disney chose to put you in a non-pet loop. You didn't hide the dogs to save the $5 fee; you played by the rules. When I went to the Outpost after hearing the big dog, my question was in regards to their pet loop policy (in the event the pet loops were full). They were the ones to quickly ask the questions and then move me and I assume move the the others to open sites in the pet loops. In fact, walking around the pet loops, 99% of all the dogs are very nice, if they bark, it is a short amount of time, and the owners are considerate. Most of the time, I would have no problem staying in the pet loops since the dogs are supposed to be there.

As I said before, dogs were just my example. You are right, almost all of us bend the rules by exceeding the speed limit. But, as long as we aren't reckless, we are assuming a risk on ourselves (in getting a ticket); we aren't affecting other people. But letting a dog bark very loudly non-stop with no effort to quiet it down from the owner sitting right next to it, or beeping a golf cart horn while circling a campsite loop at 1:00 in the morning, etc, is just plain rude.

If my two camping experiences mirrored average society, I wouldn't have posted this message in the first place. But as I said in another message, it seems like my experience has been unusual, and I'm going with that conclusion.
