No, I went to the people in charge and ASKED THEM what their policy was. I did not complain, I did not threaten. I was simply going to ask for another site away from a large dog that was not being controlled by its owner who was present.
Holy cow, I said I was only using the dogs as an example. I'm sorry I even started this. I'm done.
