Of course I would never try this buti was curious ..is it legal to have passengers riding in a TT while towing it?

Once again, I don't think the ride is all that rough and I don't belive all the hype. We have left a candle in a glass jar, silverware and other items on the dinette. Most of the time they are still there when we get to where we are going.
