Let me say welcome to the forum. Just make sure you do not over load the back of the pick up with heavy items such as wood for the fire pit etc. You can get a lot of light weight items to fill your RV to keep some of the weight in check. Not sure your gearing on your truck, so I cannot say if you are over any weight limits. I pull a camper that is close to my trucks limit. Like another said, it's what you are comfortable with. Watch your down hill speeds and don't ride the brakes. You will no doubt know it is back there. I recommend getting air bags for your truck to help with keeping it level and stable.
