Just got a Hybrid, new to Black/Grey Water tanks, questions.

And just so I understand properly how this works, the water from the sinks and shower go into the grey tank, and the toilet only goes into the black water correct?

What is required for cleaning and maintaining the tanks? We are camping for a week at a KOA site in July, trying to decide if we would be better off using the shower house and bathrooms on site or use our camper and pay the extra for a full hookup site. We have a 2 1/2" year old so it may be worth it to just use the camper bathroom.
