Being new myself, there are some good vids on YouTube also. I'm going to get a tote of some sort to address issues. I have a small TT with under 30 gallon tanks and only two of us so, I'm going to go that route for onsite situations. There are some "lucky" people who have access to cleanouts (septic/city) at their homes they can access. I envy them greatly. Also as one guy mentioned, keep the potable completely and utterly separate from the black/gray draingage equipment. I'm going with two separate small storage containers well marked for use and likely not even in the same area as in, the drainage stuff in the truck bed with the potable in the trailer storage. OH, and disposable nitrile gloves are you friend. Harbor freight has them cheap. Being in public health, you do NOT want any enteric diseases...
