You will do fine! Here is what has worked for us for 20 years:
Add water to the black tank if you need more in the tank to prior to dumping. Should be at least 2/3 full. Dump black first then grey which rinses the hose. Use Septic safe TP - we place moist in a trash can and dump that paper daily.
ALWAYS put some water _2-4 gallons) into the black tank before storing. Keeps any residual solids from becoming hardened in place. I also never leave the grey open, some do, as food particles need to pulled out with lots of water when dumping too, Use and enjoy your adventures!
