just hard to get a RV dealer to take your money

Let's face facts, any reputable RV dealer will not put any RV on the sales lot until it is ready to go.
This dealer is trying to get the buyer to pay for the repairs they believe it needs.
They are not willing to spend a dime until they know they have a fish that won't spit the hook.
Not a dealer I would like to deal with.
