Check the slide-out connection point at the floor as it slides out/in...I found out my bedroom slide was coming apart at the floor because the bed wasn't supported by anything when it was in, and bouncing down the road caused the screws to rip out from the wall...they were only 3/4 in long going vertically through a piece of 3/8 plywood into the wall...I had to remove the bed and all the related parts to get to it for the repair...I put a 2x2 at the inside junction, 2 1/2 in screws through the plywood into the 2x2s then new 1 1/2 in screws horizontally through the outside wall into the 2x2...last thing I did while reassembling was to put wheels supporting the bed while the slide is in, and let's it roll as it goes out...no more problems.
