I store my 'C' in a building that I own about 5 miles from my home. I had a 30A socket installed and leave it plugged in. The building is heated to 45 degrees in the winter, and the MH warms up quickly when I'm working in it. I installed battery disconnects for the house and engine batteries. I have battery maintainers attached to them when its stored.
I actually lived in it for 3 days when the power went out in our neighborhood. It didn't affect the area where the RV is stored.
