We stay at truck stops when we travel. Use the generator when we want to (even all night). Who is going to get mad a truck with a refrigerator unit? We do ask where they would like us to park and we also top off with fuel before leaving. Man thing is enjoy your trips. We find the trip can be a fun as you want or as boring. The wife always wants to stop at all the antique shops so some days we do not travel far before finding a truck stop around 8 or 9 pm. We use rest areas most of the time for a short nap or rest or to cook lunch or supper.
