Unless the new buyer has a residence in NC, I don't think she can register it there. GA yearly registration fees are based on the value of the vehicle. With our Class C, it is based on the value of the E450 Chassis. Not sure if it works the same on a Class A or not. Unless it is a high-end Motorhome (million dollar +), I don't think the fees will be expensive.
In the state of GA, vehicle registration is due on the title's first listed owner's birth date. When registering a used vehicle, there is a $20 title transfer fee. Then on the registered owner's birthday they pay the yearly registration.
I agree with Bumpy and Mfan - give no advice.
