Tip: park on top of one of those subway ventilation grates. :B

I'm thinking this is not a well thought out plan. In Brooklyn, Queens, or Manhattan you are going to be drawing the ire of the neighbors and probably get towed, at some point. It's best to try this outside of the City or King's County.
