Living in an RV in New York City during winter

If you're not staying at a campground (which I assume from your post) how are you going to heat your camper? If you use propane you will burn through it very quickly and in all honesty spend as much to keep warm as you will to pay monthly at a campground. "Comfort luxury" aside, you will encounter hardships going this route. It's hard enough to stay warm when full-timing at a campground in the winter. I would rethink your strategy from the ground up OP.
