I lived 300 miles south of NYC and last winter was a doozy. I froze my A$$ off.I was hooked up to 20 amp service, so I was limited in the amount of electric heat I could use. I covered the windows, was parked between 2 buildings and used an insulated blanket to cover the dog box. I managed to do fine, even with temps in the high teens. Lower than that.....forget it. I was off to a Hotel for a few weeks.
You will need a good 30 amp plus power connection and a large propane tank, preferably 425 lb AND a generator for backup. Hope there is a heated bath house nearby. If you manage to make it work, please take notes and write a book. I'll buy it. Best of luck to you.
BTW, Im still doing it. This will be my third winter. I have saved for Hotel accommodations when I need them.
