We stop every couple hours whether we need a toilet break or not. Walk around, stretch the legs, take a mental break from driving, let dogs out.
Check the outside of the rig and the hitching while I am walking around.
It makes the travel day more enjoyable and less tiring. The extra half hour or so is just factored into travel times. Been no problem.
