Unless you do some mods the standard 6-gallon hot water heater in the RV UNITS will not allow for long hot showers haha... 6-gallons is not alot of hot water as compared to a standard house size 40-50 gallon hot water heater..
Also any standard RV unit will have to have added battery banks and inverters systems etc to be able to operate for extended times camping off the power grids. Adding more batteries and battery systems including solar panels is all doable and by no means a show stopper.
Having TOO LARGE of RV Unit does has it downside of being able to get back to some of the get away places you might want to be at.
Will take some planning before you just jump in there and buy something. Consider what you think you will be wanting to do when camping...
