While I can agree with most on the "up your range to 20-25" I will also point out one other item that can make a huge difference in price point on used units. Timing. Waiting till spring is putting yourself in the heaviest competition for a quality used unit, and the prices will follow the demand. A winter trip to pick up a unit down south can also be a great break for you from the harshest part of winter.
