It means I initially hit the 'post message' button on the web site - and nothing happened!
I then closed the web page and opened it again - but my post was not there.
So...I posted it again. And when I did, the previous post showed-up!!
I am not aware of the means to totally delete a posting, so I just changed the message in the second posting to:
"Dreaded Dup(licat)e Post"
