Sorry if this post is too long, but remember it is only my humble opinion.
As a 40-something years professional driver, I had my share of butt-clenching moments luckily without dumping trailers or trucks. That being said, I think a lot of the problems I've seen were experience related. New truck drivers or RVers get to the point where they over-rate their ability. Everything is fine until the effluent hits the whirling device and they find their level of skill doesn't match the unfolding situation. To be sure, there are situations beyond your control, but overdriving road or weather conditions because you have done it for before without an accident will eventually catch up with you.
