x2 on this. The pressure in the big tank is exactly the same as in the smaller tank at the same (tank) temperature: it's the vapor pressure of LPG.
A large tank can work more effectively than a small tank, particularly in cold weather and/or with high propane usage devices. The larger tank has a greater capacity for keeping the temperature inside at a sufficiently high level since it can absorb more heat from the environment. For an RV and the size tanks you're talking about, the difference is academic at best; either one is plenty large enough, at least until the outside temperature is really, really cold, at which point neither will work well.
