Missouri State Park Dump Stations Free?

So I can't find the answer anywhere. I was wondering if the dump stations in Missouri State Parks are free if you are passing through and not a registered guest of the park? I am a resident of the State of Missouri and was just curious if anyone knows the regulations? Thanks!

    I have stopped at state parks and dumped many times. Never paid anything. As a taxpayer in Missouri I, like you, support state parks through the Soils and Parks sales tax.
