Most trailers will a front bed with steps on the passenger/curb side. That means you turn left to go to the bed area. To do it the way you are talking about, you will need a rear bed. I haven't seen a floor plan with twin beds except an Oliver. It had a twin option with rear beds, and a front wet bath. Galley was on the same side as the door. You might also look at teardrop trailers like the TAB line. You are talking about the layout YOU want...but twin beds, which implies you have a travelling companion. Does that person have any thought on the floor plan? Someone who is unhappy with it will NOT be a happy camper.

Taylor Coach in Ontario will make whatever you want, but there's a 2 year wait. It's almost impossible to find anything that size and that lightweight. I have a hard time visualizing exactly what you want, but you might also look at Scamp.

Two thousand pounds is unrealistic for a TT of 18 to 20 feet. Even a Scamp 19 footer is between 2,200 and 2,800.

The OP seems to want my father's 1986 Shasta. I have no trouble finding a perfect trailer, usually about a day after I have picked up my latest purchase.

Kinda what I'm doing, only attempting to speak with them direct.

I see they have a model with the twins so within their capability. Not install the shower should be as well. Add a window or two, heck they have them so should be as well.

Building the half wall may not, but I'm a carpenter and can handle that. Just don't put it in.

I have a dealer nearby, but you know salespeople, they haven't a clue expect what's on the sheet in front of them. Typically I find when I walk in there, I know more about it then they do.

Really hoping to hookup with the factory!

I think Lil Snoozy will custom build what you want. The door is rear entry not on the side.

I don't know which 230RBS you are looking at, I don't think Riverside makes that one.

Found another that has an outside bar! Now that's really cool, but in a 30ft version.. bummer

My first Pop-up had a kitchen you could left out the counter and hook it outside. Sink and stove. That was so cool!

What ever happen to that idea? Most people didn't like it? I loved it!
Something I just don't see in any of the units I'm looking at.

The #1 so far is the Alto Safari R series. 17.5 but with the open concept has the feel of a 20ft. Add in all the windows and you have a very nice lost of depth of perception. Inside feels like outside., not shut in a box.

With my upgrades I"m at 1900lbs dry.

My number#2 is a box unit and if they'll do the Mods I want (ya that outside shower), get rid of the interior shower, do the twins w/table (which I do believe they will) and I actually don't want the bathroom wall (yup, I'm weird!). I'd rather have a half wall and privacy curtain there. And of course a couple more windows.

Yet to learn the weight, but expect 3500lbs +-

P.S. Showering outside does mean all can see you. They have these things called privacy curtains that work real well. LOL!
