- mileshuffExplorerIt could easily be legit. Beginners make alot of mistakes. I'm sure many here have done some odd things!
I've seen the following at RV resorts multiple times.
Open the black tank valve before hooking up the sewer hose.
Forget to put stabilizers down on a pop up tent trailer, then crawl into bed.
Using a Flush King type device with both it's valve and sewer valve closed.
Driving away with antenna still up.
Not moving all items out of the way before retracting slide.
Leaving tank valve open when driving away. Anything still in tank from not being level now comes out.
Driving off with steps or stabilizers down.
Getting stuck on curvy roads with signs that say 3 or more axles not allowed. - 2oldmanExplorer III don't think it's legit.

Same thought here... Kind of like the Snake Repellent post.
Why am I thinking this is a fake post. New member, no other posts, hasn't returned, no real details...

Some disgruntled former member that got booted off and periodically creates a new profile to post odd things to see how much of other people's time they can waste.
Maybe it's legit, who knows. But the limited details and no return is a red flag. I mean, if you took the time to create a profile and ask a question about a serious issue, wouldn't you provide a lot more details and then return to see if there was help?
Moderators are really good at censoring and removing posts they have an issue with, why isn't the system set up so that the first post of any new member goes directly to the mods?
Oh well, not worth getting worked up over, it's just an RV forum. - magicbusExplorer II

Maybe - but not everyone returns here every day. Maybe he's out learning the difference between fresh water tank and black tank :) - way2rollNavigator IIWhy am I thinking this is a fake post. New member, no other posts, hasn't returned, no real details...
- monkey44Nomad IISome day, when you are very experienced RV-Guru, you will look back at this event and laugh. You will laugh at others that do the same thing ... and nod in an experienced memory. We've ALL done one thing stupid or make simple mistakes!!
You will learn the in-outs of your camper over time, and don't be afraid to ask your camping neighbors (bring a beer)- we'll all help or assist as needed, unless you get a curmudgeon, if so, don't pop the top or screw off the cap, just take it back and enjoy it yourself.
Would be a good idea to take yourself camping for a weekend, meet a few campers, and invite them to show you the connections and all the chores necessary. It won't take long, and you won't forget, if you do forget, it will a least trigger the 'remember this lesson' part !! Enjoy your camper under the stars, ain't nothing like it in the entire world. - MoteExplorer

I just set up my camper and the toilet black water is over flowing. What's the issue??
Like other's have said sounds like you've got your hose hooked up to the wrong connection. The one labeled "city water" is the one you want if you are on full hookups.
Don't worry, we've all made mistakes along the way. It's part of life. We've been camping for many years and have made quite a few along the journey. - 2oldmanExplorer IIEveryone on here needs advice, or as some say, advise.

Time for you to do some reading on basic RVing. I’ve never seen a new RV with a black tank flush that wasn’t very clearly marked.
What a wonderfully arrogant response. Kudos!
