Campfire does have valid points, as you all do. I have alot to consider. I dont feel that I would look at it like its to much work or anything like that. I have the best memories with my parents a as a kid inthe travel trailer. I still remember the smell of that old 60s or 70s trailer. My wife and I both want to give our son the same experience.
My main thing is safety of not only my family, but others around me. I have a healthy fear of being unsafe, hence my concern about the length of the trailer....is there much difference safety wise between 25' and 30 or 33 ' . Im guessing if something goes south, its just gonna go,
